Refund/Exchange Policy
Each order from Taz Anime is prepared individually, we don’t keep ready made stock.
– In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
– If your refund order is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by replacing the wrong item with the one you need.
Exchange
Taz Anime dose not accept any exchange request as products are not ready made items.

Note: After 24 hours from placing the order any cancellation or change in the order(size,color etc.) will not be accepted.
